International eligibility varies by track

There's a dedicated international track for foreigners, the "International Olympiads of KFU." The qualifier is online from anywhere and the final is in person in Kazan. It may grant admission to KFU without entrance exams, or 100 EGE points, or bonus points depending on conditions. The general benefit is tied to the EGE/admission in Russia, so the international track is the best fit for a foreigner. Competitive and not guaranteed. The qualifier is usually November and the final around February. Check the official site before applying.
