International eligibility unclear

An olympiad in the humanities and social sciences profile (history, social studies). The qualifier is remote by writing an essay through the site's services, and the final is in person in Moscow or remote. It grants admission benefits including 100 points in the subject at MGIMO and other universities (provided EGE 75+) — subject to conditions. Note: Level Three olympiads are not accepted at MGIMO. The status of foreigners needs confirmation. Competitive and not guaranteed. The qualifier is usually Oct–Nov with the final in spring. Check the official site before applying.
