Russian National Contest "Big Change" (Bolshaya Peremena)

International eligibility — scope unclear

A contest of skills, projects, and personality (not academic subjects) with an international track for Russian-speaking foreigners. Most stages are remote with an in-person final in Russia. Winning foreigners may enter university on a funded (budget) basis depending on the official rules and results — competitive and not guaranteed. It requires a good level of Russian. International-track registration starts around March 28. Check the official site before applying.
