An architecture olympiad (the qualifying task is to draw an architectural view of your city). Clearly open to foreigners — the source says "any student from Russia or a foreign country." The qualifier is by sending the work by mail/in person to the admissions committee, and the final is in person. Winners are exempted from the creative tests when applying to the university's architecture faculty — subject to conditions. ⚠️ Account for the shipping time of your work from your country early.
