A televised humanities olympiad (history and world culture): a regional stage + on-air competitions in Channel One's studio. Winners may get a special admission path at MGIMO per the program's and university's rules, and as an olympiad on the Ministry of Science's list it has benefits per the rules — subject to conditions. A unique format (not an ordinary online test) requiring excellent Russian and the ability to appear on camera. The status of foreigners needs confirmation. Competitive and not guaranteed.
