- Approve & pay — payment details appear after you approve the price, then you upload the receipt.
- The translator confirms the payment — starts the work and sets the expected delivery date.

Before you pay
- After the payment is confirmed and the translation work begins, the amount cannot be refunded.
- If the error is on the office's side, it is corrected at no extra cost.
- If the error comes from data the student provided, an extra correction fee may apply.
