Merge PDF files into one

Your certificate in one file, your transcript in another, and the university wants a single document? Add them here, order them, and download the merged file — all on your device, without it reaching anyone.

Your files never leave your device
Merging happens inside your browser — no upload to any server, not even ours.
No sign-up, no account, and nothing is stored.
The moment you close the page, everything is cleared from browser memory.

This is deliberate: students merge passports, certificates and transcripts — documents that shouldn't be uploaded to a server you don't control.

Drag PDF files here, or click to choose At least two files · reorder with the arrows
How to use it

Four steps

1
Add your files

Drag your PDFs in or click to choose them. At least two.

2
Order them

Use the arrows to set the order — this is exactly the page order in the merged file.

3
Name the file

Use a clear English name — universities prefer tidy names like Documents.pdf

4
Merge & download

Press “Merge & download” — the file saves straight to your device.

When you need it

Situations students run into

The university asks for one file — and your certificate, transcript and translation are separate.
The application platform accepts a single attachment — so everything has to be one PDF.
A document got split across files — each page scanned separately and now they need joining in order.
You're assembling your document pack — passport + certificate + transcript in one ordered file.
Tips

Before you upload

Order the files the way the university asked for them — the passport usually goes first.
Name the output clearly in English: Documents.pdf or Transcript-Full.pdf
If the result is very large, consider splitting it — most platforms have a size limit.
Frequently asked
💬Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Merging happens entirely inside your browser, on your device. No file is sent to any server — not even ours.
💬Is it really free?
Yes, completely free, with no sign-up and no usage limit.
💬How many files can I merge?
There's no fixed limit — but more and larger files need more memory from your device. For normal use (2–10 files) there's no problem.
💬Do password-protected files work?
Password-encrypted files usually can't be read. Remove the protection from the original first, then merge.
💬Does it work on mobile?
Yes. It works in any modern browser — phone or computer.
💬Does file order matter?
Yes — the order in the list is exactly the page order in the merged file. Use the arrows to set it before merging.
