Bachelor's Bachelor's
For secondary school graduates and students who will finish during the academic year.
If you were born between 21 August 2002 and 20 August 2010, your age fits the Bachelor's track. (That is, from 16 to 23 years old as of 20 August 2026)
- What you need to have completed
- A qualification that entitles you to enter university in your own country (a secondary school certificate or its equivalent), whether you already hold it or will obtain it during the olympiad's academic year.
- Age (as of 20 August 2026)
- 16 – 23 years old
- Number of stages
- 2
⚠️ If you hold a Bachelor's, a Specialist degree or a Master's, you cannot take part in this track.
Most medical subjects in this track lead to a "Specialist" degree rather than a Bachelor's — meaning a single continuous 5-to-6-year programme. Nursing is the only medical subject offered as a Bachelor's.
Two stages: the portfolio competition, then solving the olympiad tasks online under electronic proctoring (final).
The right to study in Russia under the government quota, with tuition covered by the federal budget; priority in choosing your programme, provided you can demonstrate command of the language of instruction; and a covered preparatory year if you need to learn Russian.
There is also a "runner-up" status, which grants the same rights subject to available places, and a "high achievement" status, which opens the door to applying for financial support under additional conditions.
